Producers Collective

The staff organized a meeting at villages where the forest material is available. They identified five major forest produces like bamboo, tamarind, leaves, herbal cosmetic and broom sticks. They have applied to the government for a collection and form a collective cooperative at Pottangi linking with Deomali Mahila Society.

Transportation

The project transported the plants for social forestry to taken up plantation and fruit bearing plants for family forestry and orchard programme to Pottangi villages Kaugunta, Almariguda, Gangammaguda and Gudiamguda.

Entrepreneurship Training

20 Women from 10 village were trained in entrepreneurship training at office on various topics, business, investment, rate fixation, profit analysis, loan repayment, interest, and marketing linkages.
